We had really good stay for 2 nights!!
It was perfect in general: spotless room, AMAZING location just off a nearby restaurant, Crete, and the main beach and a start of the trail to red beach. Satisfied with very good beds, big balcony, for instance available.

We had a wicked time exploring the vibrant nightlife in Matala and chillaxing on the gorgeous beach, which was just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the hotel. The staff were super cool and helpful, and they even let us party late into the night without any complaints!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they organized some killer parties or events for young people like us, to amp up the fun factor even more!

I had a great experience at this hotel in Matala. The location is perfect, close to the main beach and the start of the trail to the red beach. The hotel also has its own parking space, which is a big advantage in Matala where parking can be a problem. Despite being near all the tavernas, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was simple, small, and clean, with unique and interesting decorations. The host was extremely friendly and even offered us a room with a double bed instead of two single beds. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Xenios Dias.
There were some minor drawbacks, such as the small and funny issue with the locker blocking the drawer in our room. Additionally, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

The rooms at Xenios Dias have a lovely view of the garden with palm trees. It made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise, which I absolutely loved! The fact that some of the units have a kitchen with a refrigerator was a game-changer for me. It made it so easy to store and prepare my own snacks, saving me money and giving me extra flexibility during my stay. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a bath or shower. It was great to have my own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout my stay. The apartment I stayed in had a cozy seating area, a private entrance, and a kitchenette. It felt like my own little sanctuary where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle in the apartment. It made it super convenient for me to make a quick cup of tea whenever I wanted. All the rooms come with a fridge, which was a major plus for me. It made it easy for me to keep drinks and snacks cool and refreshing during my stay. The apartment also had a balcony, which was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or simply soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Personally, I found one feature of the apartment less appealing - the private bathroom only had a bath or shower. I would have preferred to have both options available.

The value for money at Xenios Dias was excellent, with comfortable beds and immaculately clean rooms. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the vibrant town and enjoy the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than expected.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was a wider variety of choices.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel had a great location, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.- The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and enjoyable stay.
The lack of parking space, which made it difficult to find a spot for our car. Another negative aspect was the noise at night, as there seemed to be loud music playing late into the night, disturbing our sleep.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even helped us with our luggage and parking. the bohemian style rooms had a charming and cozy atmosphere, especially the amazing balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful view. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. We also loved the live music at the nearby cafe. Another advantage was the privacy of the hotel, providing a more intimate and peaceful experience.
. The beds were quite firm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel premises were well-maintained with beautiful gardens. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the nice view of the sea.
